Warm but not uncomfortably bulky

I now have 4 pairs of these pants, basically the only pants I wear outside in the Toronto winter. I need the warmth of lined pants but don’t like how bulky most lined pants are. The lining in these pants is thin but warm. I like not needing to think about which pants to wear, these are always appropriate. On the occasional super cold day I add long underwear, and they are not uncomfortably warm on warmer winter days. I like the green colour, and the older pairs are fading to a nice worn-in shade. I like the style/fit, and usually have trouble finding pants that look ok on me.

Thin fabric lining, trousers are not hot and not cold, comfortable transition from outside to indoors, comfortable stay indoors, the size is completely correct. Beautiful greenish (khaki) shade. The color in the photo is gray, but in reality it's a little greenish.
