Comfortable, warm, and fashionable

I really like the dark grey colour and the cut of this boot. They are very comfortable and are true to size. I also find they are very warm in the winter with a thicker sock. Great traction for all kinds of weather.

Quality Control for Online Orders

Solid pair of boots, tried them on in-store prior to purchasing and liked the fit. However, the pair I ordered came with some stitching flaws and loose stiches. I don't think this will affect the lifespan of the boots but its unpleasing nonetheless

Odd fitting

Fit loose and big, like they are a wide fit and floppy on the foot. I should have got a size smaller, but even then, they just don't seem to be a good shape for the foot.
Pull tabs on fron and back are too firm, so if your pant leg gets over them, really have to yank them back over again unlike looser cloth ones.

Marked boots

I went to three different stores looking for these boots. Two of the stores had one pair left, both were covered in scuffs and scratches. I decided to leave them and order them online instead as they are for a Christmas gift for someone else. Someone in the store told me that if I ordered them online they would come from the warehouse and not a store where they had been tried on. When k received the boots in the mail, they again were covered in scuffs and scratches. I phoned and spoke to someone, and they said there is no guarantee that they won’t come from a store. So there’s no way to guarantee that the brand new pair of boots won’t be covered in marks, seems silly to me, and very frustrating when buying them as a gift
