Comfortable and warm

These are very good boots comfortable and warm. This is the second pair of this style that I have owned. One thing is the grip on the new pair isn't the same as on the older style. The new ones don't have as much of the grippy material on the sole as the previous pair. The new ones don't have quite the same grip as the first ones I bought. Overall great boots but don't cut corners on the grip

Good fitting and warm

I just purchased these boots. This is the second pair of this style that I have owned. The new pair fit well and are very warm. Some improvements have been made with the lacing grommets making them much easier to use.
The new pair doesn't seem to have the same traction as my previous pair, there seems to be less of the abrasive material on the soles. Also the soles seem to be made of a harder compound also giving them less traction. Overall good boots definitely made for the Canadian winter.

Like the boots, they would have been my third pair…. but I returned them. They didn’t fit.
They were to replace similar boots… perfectly good except the tread has come unglued.

Q: How long does the ICEFX last on the soles? I bought a pair two years ago and the Quartz or whatever was embedded wore off the first winter,

- A: Thank you for reaching out. It really depends on the frequency you wear the boots and in what conditions they are worn. If they are worn daily on rough surfaces such as concrete where there isn't any snow or ice the rubber and quartz may wear away quicker than if they are only worn in winter conditions.
