This suit keeps wind and rain on the outside with a protective hood, plus cuffs that fit close around wrists and ankles. The fleece lining keeps toddlers warm and cozy.

Great suit. Lots of room to layer up underneath and will fit for a while. Was pleased to see it was fully lined and even had fleece panel over the shoulder area on the back panel.
