Heel coming off after not even 6 months of use.

Bought the striped elastic version of these last fall on sale. Thought they would be perfect for walking the dog around the neighborhood. I guess you get what you pay for because I've only worn them a handful of times and tonight the heel started coming off on my dog walk. These appear to be made the same way so wanted to post this as a warning.
No, I do not recommend this product.
