I did lots of research and looked into many fall/winter coats from many brands and settled on this one...and I'm so glad I did. After a week of experimenting in our BC weather....I have to say we have a winner. Today was the big test for me after walking in the forest 7km in rainy weather in 6 degrees celsius and I was still toasty warm and dry. It has nice deep warm pockets and an inner one too. Grateful for the 2 way front zipper to help with ventilation and hope someday they'll make one with zippers under the underarms too especially for the big walking days.

Warm and worth every penny

Bought this jacket and have had for 2 winters. I am a naturally cold person and this keeps me warm at -20(with a layer underneath). I love this jacket and it’s great quality. It has gotten rips but patches well- any down jacket has the risk of ripping due to material and I wouldn’t say it’s any different or cheaper. I’m going to buy another while it’s still for sale in case this one wears out. Looks brand new still and I have done dirty yard work, construction, you name it in this jacket and it’s held up well
