All the features one could ask for in a parka, proper strong zippers, adjustable hood, adequate pockets, comfortable amount and arrangement of filling, knitted cuffs, carrying straps, good length, sturdy outer fabric. Very pleased with this.

Q: I see some people are saying it's sized big. How are the sleeves? I'm only 5'2. If it doesn't fit I assume I can return in store?

A: I think this coat is sized big. I am 5ft8, but I am thin. For tops, I often buy size small or x-small. As for winter coats? I automatically purchase medium size because I'm always concerned with the length of the sleeves. I also wear layers in the winter as I'm a teacher and I need to do recess duty. Brought the coat home and I felt big when worn over my blazers, bulky sweaters, etc. I ordered a small online and when I tried it on it felt so much better than the medium. I returned the medium and kept the small. Also, the sleeves of the smaller coat seemed just fine to me...they were not too short.
