Sold to me with a broken zippe

The package was pre opened. Obviously a return, which would be fine but the zipper was broken. I am also going to return it but have not found the time. Staff should be more careful of what gets resold

Warm and Comfy but no Thumbholes

Really comfortable and warm! I'm 5' 10", and about 150 lb, and the medium I bought is slightly loose, so I might have been able to go with a small.
My only conplaint is that contrary to the product details, it does not have thumbholes.
