Love these boots. Easy to slip on and off very comfortable. Defiantly run small so size up I wear and 7.5/8 but got a size 9 and are perfect.

Spire HD3 ICEFX - Good Grip, Easy to Slip On-Off

The main reasons I purchased the WindRiver Spire HD3 ICEFX boots is that the soles have good grip and the boots are easy to slip on and off. My foot is very narrow, and my toes touch the end, but a larger size would have been too loose, even though these are likely a medium-width. I find them comfortable and warm with good traction, so they are just right for my purposes of taking out the trash and short walks within the neighbourhood. Also, several people have commented that it's a nice looking boot. I have been wearing the boots for several weeks on snow and ice (always taking careful steps on ice) in Alberta and find the quality to be good. Purchased on sale, these are good value for the price and even at full cost would be worth purchasing. I would (and have) recommend these to a friend.

Winter Ready

Haven't tried outside, no snow. Boot a replacement for my Backwoods Winter Hiking boot( now discontinued?) Used Mark's 'What's my size'; recommended size up, I did. Boot has strong ankle support, as well as the sole. I have a bunion, but boot is a little wider; nice. Boot is comfortable in most ways; 'On my hardwood floor', I imagine snow will highlight all the features. Very happy with style. I'm a serious walker!🏂🏃♀️
