Comfortable but not warm

After reading the majority of the reviews that they were warm, I bought a pair. First time wearing them, they were nice and toasty. 2nd time, it was -11C, and my hands froze. The inner material was freezing to the touch, and I had to curl up my hands inside the mitt to keep them from freezing . Very disappointed, especially for the price.
