Bought these for my mom for Christmas, she absolutely loves them, and I am going to get a pair for myself too. When I tried them on in the store, I loved how they felt so much, I almost kept them for myself lol. Love that they’re suede on the outside, too, which is great for gripping things and driving.

Nice looking mitt. The picture makes them LOOK like a fairly thick mitt. But it is not. I'm not convinced these are Real deer suede. I bought a large and they just fit.. so I'd say they fit a tad on the smaller side. Hope they are warmer than they appear!

Waiting for refund

I purchased on line to pick up at Trinity Mall store in Brampton on Dec 14. I decided to cancel the order on Tuesday Dec 16. Called the store to cancel order but was told I had to come in. When i I told the Gentleman I had the flu and thought it best not to come to the store he said he would cancel the order for me and issue a refund. I still do not have any information regarding the refund yet its says in my order it has been completed and picked up ??????/ Not sure how this is possible. As for the product I cannot comment since I do not have them
