Puffer Gloves - Don't meet expectations

These gloves are a disappointment. I wore them once and am hoping to be able to return them. Paid over $30 and could get warmer gloves at Dollarama. There is no grip on the palm and despite being advertised as providing superior warmth, my fingers froze with no resistance to wind or cold.
