NOT warm enough for Canadian winter

I bought these gloves for walking my dog in the winter. I live in Ottawa, Canada. I was so excited about these gloves and I was SO disappointed. I wore them the day I bought them, it was about -15C outside, and my hands froze. I’ve cut all the tags out of them so I cannot return. Glad I didn’t pay full price.
