I bought these four years ago and they were so good I bought the same pair again. I've used them a lot for hiking in my free time and at work where I walk a lot and do farm work. Through rain, snow, and mud they never let me down. They kept my feet warm and dry for years before they started to crack. I'm so happy I was able to get the same pair again, I absolutely love them.

Lasting comfort

I was at a music festival last summer and wore these all week. I was easily walking 5-10km a day and I didn't get a single blister. My feet were barely even sore. Festival was super dusty too, and these boots cleaned up just fine. I've worn these out in the rain many times as well and my feet have never once gotten even slightly damp. These are awesome!

Well made, durable for long walks on wet days. I purchased even though my walks are on sidewalks, i wanted something to keep my feet dry without wearing rubber boots. They will come on use for many if our Prarie seasons . Stiff at first, only due to materials used in construction, but comfortable.

Fantastic boots, will last you a long time if cared for, I recommend getting some Nikwax or the like to clean these and perhaps reapply the waterproofing in the off season. Great value and will last if cared for.

Q: What is the return policy on these boots? They are NOT waterproof and that is what I need.

A: Hello, Thank you for the feedback, sorry the product is not meeting your needs. This hiker does have our premium Hyper-dri 3 membrane and should be waterproof/breathable, however if you are finding them to be defective(not waterproof) please take them into the store for an exchange or return with your receipt. If you have any issues please contact customer service at 1-866-339-1626 ext. 1-1 and we can work towards a solution. Karlie

Q: I bought these boots and received them, but there were no care instructions. Not sure if I should spray them with waterproofing before wearing them.

A: Thanks for reaching out. The boots do have a waterproof breathable membrane in them, so they don't need the spray for waterproofing. But in order to protect the life off the boot I would advise keeping them clean with a damp cloth and using an all-protector spray that can be used on leather & nubuck. Please read the care label of your spray before use and make sure it is safe to use on leather/nubuck. We do have a selection of protectors at Mark's. I believe this is this is the basic "All Protector" we carry.
