My wife bought an XL size and I can tell you the product dimension is true to the size. Although the material is not cotton, my wife is very satisfied because it's extremely comfortable and gentle to the neck. This is very soft type of polyester /rayon combination (way different than from 15 years ago) and it doesn't make skin rashes. Highly recommendable!
