Terrible.

This was the first and last time I'll order online from Marks. The mug came loose in a plastic shoppi my bag, so naturally it was both broken and dented on arrival.
I've emailed customer service at least a few days ago and have received no reply. I went in store to return it and the line had at least 40 people and TWO tills.
If the mug had arrived in good condition it would maybe get an 8/10. Marks as a store is gettinf a 1/10.
