Stanley Classic Camp Stainless Steel Mug

I bought this mug a few years ago and then forgot about it. But then I started using it this summer for my iced coffee and it's been the mug my partner and I fight over. This is great at keeping things hot, like coffee, hot chocolate, and taquitos (I used it in the fall during a neighborhood snacking walk and it's wonderful to hold the mug by the handle vs having to hold the whole thing like a regular food container). But I think this mug REALLY shines when it comes to keeping things cold. I use it for my iced drinks, like lattes, matchas, sodas. After the liquid is gone and the ice is the only thing there, it will stay there for hours, barely melting! I especially love this mug for my acai bowls, icecream, and smoothies. It keeps everything nice and cold without the mess of condensation everywhere and makes my acai bowls and icecream stay solid for much longer. The one thing I do dislike about this mug is the lid. This is very much a travel mug (mainly for me to use in my office, or on the couch, or for a walk) and the fact that there is no cover for the drinking spout is inconvenient. Granted, I don't use the lid for most of my cold drinks/ food, but for the hot drinks, I do prefer a lid with a cap for the drinking hole. Both the mug and the lid are super easy to wash too (I hand wash my dishes and it's probably easier and faster to hand wash these than to load them in the dish washer tbh). I would still highly recommend this mug for anyone who likes their drinks hot and their iced lattes cold and mess free!

I was given this camp mug as a Christmas present and while I loved the color and aesthetic design, I really do not enjoy drinking from it. I found it difficult to drink hot liquids from because it doesn't come out smoothly and causes the liquid to burn my lips. Might have been better if there were an air hole on the lid. I much prefer drinking from a yeti cup.

This keeps my coffee perfect temperature all day long while I’m teaching! Great investment!

This mug is very useful, very pretty and is perfect for my hot beverages.
