Defective lid

The bottle itself keeps drinks very cold which is what I wanted but the lid leaks and does not open well, easily or smoothly, hense the 2 stars. Considering the price, it wasn't a problem I expected to have and thermos CS was pretty annoying acting like they were doing me a favor by sending me a new lid because "only the bottle is under warranty". Ridiculous. Been waiting almost 2 weeks for it and as usual, UPS can't tell me where it is.
