Awful costumer service overall

This was my worst experience with this company. The employees didn’t know anything and argued with me over marks policy’s when I was in fact right and they didn’t know. You guys took forever to ship and it was very delayed and had issues with delivery. This is awful thing to do to a customer because I need my work boots everyday for work so I didn’t have any boots to go to work in for multiple weeks!
I will also say that you have a terrible selection for women work boots and never have mine in stock.
You didn’t have any in store so I had to order them online with a gift card that was less then the price of the boots. That I got when I took them back on warranty. I’m sorry but any guy taking his work boots in there for a manufacturing default gets there boots that day and doesn’t have to pay more. Because it’s not there fault that the company that made the boot, didn’t make it properly.
This has been a very frustrating process.
Not to mention that I had to switch to another boot from timberland that was awful because they didn’t have any of these in stock at the time. When they got them in I returned them for these boots.
Totally awful experience!!
