This surveyor vest offers safety and durability on the job. Made from heavy-duty polyester, it provides maximum resistance to abrasions, punctures, rips and snags. This vest is fully compliant with CSA class 2 safety protocols for maximum safety. It is designed with four Velcro®-sealed pockets, four inside pockets and a backpack pocket for extra storage when you need it.

Great for electricians!

Bought this vest 7 years ago from marks. Doesn't look anything close to new and I've needed to stitch it up once in a while. However, I have put it through HEAVY use. I used the pockets to carry tools and materials (screws, EMT fittings, marrets, etc) on a daily basis, Id lye on the ground quite often to work (wood, concrete, dirt, carpet) and I've been in all kinds of weather conditions with this vest. Its been very handy and reliable over the years and now I'm looking at replacing it. I recommend washing it as little as possible, maybe once a year to keep it reflective as much as possible. As for the guy complaining about getting a stain on the vest, seriously? In construction you're going to get anything you wear stained. It's a little pricey but well worth it if you're going to wear it everyday for work!

Plenty of Pockets

Good quality vest, purchased it back in May 2018. Use vest for inspections at various residential and commercial builds. Large back pocket allows stowage for tablet while traversing ladders and crawlspaces. Only drawback is that the reflective tape is wearing rather quickly.

Poor quality stitching

I bought this several months back and the stitching started ripping apart in 4 different locations rather quickly. For the price paid, I’m very disappointed. Otherwise great features?

lousy seams

I have two weeks, I wash it every week and the first week it started to unravel, the fabric may be good but it is useless if it comes unraveled in a delicate wash. it's supposed to be heavy duty. it is very expensive for the low quality of the seams

TERRIBLE WORKMANSHIP

The design use for this product is good. BUT all stitching on this product has fallen apart within a very short period of time and NOT from wear and tear but from POOR stitching. Everything from the black binding, to the shoulders, to the pockets and the zipper stitching came apart. I tried going back to Marks and they would do nothing and Viking company brand would do nothing either. Very disappointed after spending $150 on a vest and no one is willing to take responsibility for the poor workmanship on this item.
