Well although I haven't tried my new boots in the snow yet I would like to comment on my shopping experience. I returned boots that I bought online that didn't fit my feet. I need wide sizes and the boots I bought, although were stated "wide fit", were not comfortable. The manager led me back to the shoes and proceeded to bring me boots that she thought should fit. On the second try we seem to have a winner. She also brought me several others to compare. I appreciated the time she gave me to find my fit. Very friendly and helpful. Also she had a trainee at the till and showed patience with her as well.. Good job. I will review the boots at a later date.

These are the most comfortable boots. My husband does a daily 10 km walk and these are the only ones I’ve will wear. This is the second purchase of this item as they are great for winter, warm and dry feet. Wear very well. I would highly recommend.

Purchased for my extra extra wide foot 11 year old for winter wear. These are exactly what we needed, the width was accommodating and they work great for a winter boot. The hooks at the top are a little awkward to loop the laces through but hoping they will relax a little over time, so far they are comfy and keeping feet warm. Have one very picky boy and he has continued to wear them so they get 5 stars in this house.

A: Thanks for reaching out. This boots does have our Tarantula anti-slip outsole which reduces the likely hood that you will slip and fall on a wet surface. TARANTULA ANTISLIP® outsoles, push liquids to the outside using unique micro channels, instead of keeping liquids underfoot. However, if you are looking for a boot that will keep you safer while walking on snow or ice, I suggest you look into our ICEFX® assortment. ICEFX® has an innovative tread design to provide greater surface contact in the heel strike zone and forefoot to achieve an anti-slip outsole. The outsole also uses a softer, more flexible rubber compound that does not harden in the cold and incorporates gripping pods to provide enhanced traction. ICEFX® may also utilize other compounds or materials in the outsole to help achieve slip resistance on ice.

A: Thanks for reaching out. This boot is equipped with 400g of T-MAX INSULATION as well as T-MAX AEROGEL insoles. Mark’s T-MAX®insoles contain fully encapsulated AEROGEL material to allow minimal heat transfer from the base of the foot, ensuring maximum warmth.
