New favourite socks

These are thin enough to fit in most boots and shoes, yet still cushiony after much use and many washes. 100% my favourite socks now. I was concerned that they were not cotton, but their performance and comfort is second to none. Even the toe stitch is flat, so they are smooth in the shoes. I went back and bought more. Wish they came in more colours.

Warmest Socks I Own

Oh my goodness, these socks are so warm! I work from home in my basement, where there is no carpet, just cement. These are the only socks I own that keep my feet warm all day in the basement. Every other pair I own make my feet and legs slowly go numb! I initially bought one set of 2 pairs of socks and loved them so much I ordered 2 more sets!

These are warm thick socks but they do tend to be a bit loose on the heel. If you don't like socks that slide around on your foot, don't choose these.

holes ALREADY!

Bought these for my hiking shoes. But after only half a dozen wearings, BOTH feet had holes in the toes! Loved the weight of the sock but really, they should last a LOT longer than this! I did not put them in the dryer and following instructions to the letter. Bought four pair - didn't keep the bill. Next pairs I buy will be from MEC.
