How to Return Your Items

BY MAIL

1. Print the packing slip and shipping label for your return order.

2. Place the packing slip in a box along with the items you want returned.

3. Affix the shipping label to the exterior of the box.

4. Take the box to your nearest post office or the courier company printed on the shipping label.

You can track your package using the tracking number provided on the shipping label. Please note, refunds will not be provided until the returned product(s) have been received and processed. Once your items have been received and approved for your return, we'll process your refund and send you a confirmation email.

An email with the return slip and label info has been sent. You can also print the slip and label from the Order Details page at any time.

Returning Heavy & Oversized Items

If you select heavy/oversized items for return, a customer service agent will contact you to schedule pickup. Do not attempt to return the items by mail.
