Crushed, Creased, Linty... disappointment.

I've bought a hat from you guys before, on this website, and I wore it so much that I needed a new one. When the package arrived the box was in perfect condition but, when I opened it up to pull out my new hat, it was crushed. The hat was so crushed that the bill was out of shape and the top of the hat was creased. Why is this hat crushed, creased, and kind of linty? I'll never know. Returning the hat means more time and resources spent, just another errand to run at this point.

Check your merchandise before you send it to the consumer. I read other reviews you guys should know this is a problem with these hats.

Not a round hat but a huge square sqaure one. Not a fan. I gave it to a homeless person..
