I love the carhartt logger pants?have worn them for years. At nearly 73 years of age I'm still hard on pants. Live a rural life, cook and heat with wood?cut the wood myself. I'm really tough on these pants. Would love to share a photo of the last pair I finally had to retire. Wore thru the top leg into the second and all was well until??.the yoke on the back torn at the seat?my fault. Claudette

These are great for working in the woods, cutting trees and limbs, bucking wood, and other trail clearing activities.
Being cotton they do get, and stay, wet in the rain and snow. So, be aware of that.
Being double-layered, they're warmer than single-layer pants. I find this great in the late autumn and winter. Not so much in August.
The pants fit well and the pockets are big. I bought several pair recently.
