The pack is handy and holds quite a lot for such a small pack. There is a laptop compartment with a strap secured by velcro in the main compartment and a secondary compartment (sleeve) in on that.
The main compartment holds enough for my needs. I carry a spare jacket, lunch, some work items gloves and it is full.
The front zipper compartments are what you would expect, the upper is a bit small while the larger lower one can handle quite a few things and expands out.
The should strap are comfy and strong, there will be no risk of breaking. The only concern I would have over time is the zippers, they are not the best quality and a person would be reminded to take care not to abuse them to get maximum life from them.
