Very comfortable boots and good quality. Cat has put a lot of thought into this model.
-Insoles have an absorbing feature unlike the many boots and custom insoles I have tried.
-The boots have a lining that cushions your upper feet and all the way up to the top of the boots. Very comfortable on Ankles.
-Soles have some give to absorb walking.
-Lace catches have grooves that keep laces in place when lose.
-Not much time to break in.

These work boots are my third pair of cats I get about 18 to 24 months from a pair. I work 12 hour shifts in a tough environment and they keep going and going They feel broke in the first time you wear them. I will never buy any other boots except cats
