Faded leather sold

The colour is faded . I asked them if I am able to pick up and see but they said it’s final sale . Once I pick up it can’t be returned but if I didn’t pick up order will get cancelled. I feel the sale item should not be defective. I paid $42 for defective item. Real rip off.

Lovely shoes, but they looked like they had been worn and returned. No new packing, Velcro fasteners were undone or done up crookedly, soles showed light dirt. Also, wrong size, so they have been returned
