Purolator has apparently lost the package

I still haven’t received the hoodie. It was supposed to be a Christmas present but obviously didn’t arrive in time. There hasn’t been an update on my pack since the 15th I believe. It has been in Dieppe for 10 days and there’s still no word on when (or if) they’ll arrive.
No, I do not recommend this product.
