Price reduction

Before I received item, price went down on 2 items by 30% on each, $13.50 on one and $7.50 on another. Wrote asked for reduction of $21.00 because I hadn't received the package yet so I emailed and it said within 48 hours reply. Did not receive anything so I contacted again and got a reply that "it may take longer than usual to reply because of the season. I just want to know if I will get the credit of $21.00.
No, I do not recommend this product.
