It has insulation, will block wind, it’s water repellent, allows for layering (if necessary), and will travel well. Exactly what I was looking for! I ordered a size up to allow for layering, but I would have been fine with my normal size. It’s roomie and also as a band in size to pull on to make it more shapely.

Great fit, insulated, hood that fits without sagging, quality material and construction. The only improvement I would suggest is snap closures vs Velcro, as Velcro tends to pick up debris when not attached to its Velcro mate. Other than that, love it!
