[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice and lightweight. It feels warm without being suffocating. I plan to use this for hiking and the double zipper is very useful for that. I ordered a large for it to be slightly bigger to fit sweaters underneath and it fits great. I tested the water proof by putting the sleeve under the faucet (for a little bit) and it is absolutely waterproof.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For reference, I'm 5'5, 185 lbs. I ordered size XL and it fits exactly the way it fits the model in the photo. I have enough room for a sweater underneath but fits well enough that it's not necessary. Hits about two inches above the knee, the sleeves come down to the wrist. I chose this coat over another because of the extended sleeve (worn like gloves without the fingertips) absolutely love the coverage they provide. The coat is definitely warm, the pockets are deep yet accessible. The sleeves have an adjustable strap to tighten/loosen the opening around the wrist. The hood doesn't block my vision but did keep out the wind while I was walking around downtown Detroit in March. Very happy with this purchase.

Bought late in the year and didnt think I would wear til next year but we had a late blizzardy day - 25 degree temp with wind chill of 5 - and this coat did a great job keeping me warm. I wasnt standing outside but to cross a big parking lot to get to hockey practice this hood kept my face and head warm while the coat itself did the same for my body with great wind protection A great find after checking several site, coats and prices. Would definitely recommend for those really cold winter days
