Weird texture

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although the item was described as fleece, it felt more like a carpet. Also, based on the photo, I thought the jacket was going to be longer than it was.

Arrived with a broken zipper

I had to return the jacket because it came with a broken zipper. I couldn't even try it on because I couldn't unzip it.
