Good outdoor sandals.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like an active outdoor sandal and I've been wearing another pair from a different brand for over ten years, so I thought it was time for replacement. I love the enclosed toe of these sandals, and the rugged tread on the bottoms. The tread could be even moreso, but it's okay. I also like the closure by loop, as opposed to laces. The shoes feel secure when on my feet. I would really prefer more protection on the back of the heel, rather than the open heel, but haven't been able to find that in any hiking sandal. At least the heel strap on these is sturdy.

Cute but they smell!

Just got these today. They have an aweful smell to them. Must be the rubber soles. I hope the smell goes away prior to my trip!
I only walked around house so far. The heals feel great. The toe and arch support seem a little thin.
The width seem fine but toe is closer to edge than what I prefer. I wear 8 and bought 8s according to your guide. I wish you had 1/2 sizes. Sending back another pair of sandals because too big.
Going to try walking in them to see if will work for my light hiking trip.

Comfy, grippy and cool summer hiking shoes

The perfect summer hiking shoes: cool vents, easy to slip on with one hand, excellent comfort. Squish but firm sole that is better than Skechers, a different material that is not memory foam but almost cradles your foot. Superb traction that helps me even on muddy trails and even good toe protection support. Love them. Tempted to get another pair.
