Stuck with Stinky Socks Still

Sales associate recommended these socks based on me looking for 100% cotton socks. She recommended these because of the anti-smell feature. I purchased them because the packaging said guaranteed return within one year. The copy only has the address provided on packing and no contact phone number. I mailed away my proof of purchase and the sock packaging I kept. It has been over 2 months and have not heard anything. So I went back to Mark's to see if they would take them back and deal with the company, the manager said she couldn't. I'm frustrated by Marks offering and recommending a product that they cannot guarantee a return on and the company offering the guarantee only contactable by postal mail.
