Keeps my fingers warm which I've always found to be a problem. Very pleased with them, great for shoveling or winter hikes. They are bulky though, so not really suitable for everything.

POOR Customer Support

I am giving low rating as your customer support is rather offensive, in fact nobody even felt it important to respond other than a standard auto email that tells me to go to a store!
Firstly, I am 100 miles from nearest store and don't feel I should have to do that anyways.
Basically I ordered online, rec'd product with a store security device attached to the cuff that looked like someone else tried to remove as material was cut. Now what?
