Very poor wrist design

They feel great and flexible but they are way too short to cover my wrists. They even flare out on the outside edge so they are nearly impossible to tuck under my coat sleeves. Poor design for an expensive glove. And gold? Why?

XXL & XL exchange event & policy

Hi team,
Firstly, it's very rare that I shop at Mark's. The exchange went very well.
To make a long story short. I made a purchase in-person on XL deer skin Dakota lined winter yellow gloves. I sent this pair to Northern Manitoba for my client to try on. It turns out they were to one size to small. I returned them with paper receipt, which is OK. I then ordered two more pair online one size bigger, XXL. They fit!!

I love these gloves.
It's too bad they very rarely come in XXL.
Also, your staff should have better knowledge and training when it comes to having them readily available. That goes for all items in stores Canada wide.

Best Winter Gloves for walking the dog /shoveling

I have used the same pair for years and while they are now discoloured and dirty, they are just as efficient as the day I bought them. I have referred two women friends to purchase them but unfortunately, the sales people sold them the wrong gloves. The other ones are no good for colder weather (not thinsulate) but look the same. PLEASE TRAIN YOUR STAFF BETTER! You will have dissatisfied customers after one month of frozen winter fingertips.

My husband loves these gloves, he has been wearing them for several years. He owns several pair and cycles them from wearing for good to wearing for working in the shop.

Wrong gloves

What I ordered was not what was shipped. Ordered gloves with 3m thinsulate and received gloves without it. Cashier argued that they were what I ordered but they were not as described on website. Also the price on the gloves was $44 and was charged $48. Had to returned them minus shipping cost which I think I should not have been charged since it was Mark’s mistake.
