It was ripped from both sides just after 4 months without putting too much pressure or hit with any sharp adges.

wont buy again

insoles wore out within 5 months of use. replaced with helly hansen insoles. new insoles allowed me to wear the shoes for another 4 months until the insides of the shoe itself had worn right out. They have become the most uncomfortable shoe ever once they have any sign of wear.

Would not recommend

The rubber in the heel cup hardened and started crumbling, always leaving bits in the shoe which can be quite irritating. They are definitely at the lower end of the spectrum for quality, even the shoelaces seemed to break down quicker than any other shoe I've ever owned. Very surprising, I buy all of my work boots here and never had any problems with any of the others.
