Absolutely awful.

Avoid these at all cost. Yes there cheep but there like platform boots in disguise that add to much hight, the toes are so fat and the ankles are thin so my toes were constantly getting shuffled around inside, the support on the heel extrudes so they cut open both of my heels but if there not tight around the ankle your toes are constantly sliding around inside making it very difficultto walk, my boss took one look at them and told me to buy a diffrent pair so my money was wasted because they will not allow me to get a refund.

Comfortable, but poorly made and overpriced

If I'd paid $280 for these when they came out, I'd be pretty upset. I've had them for a little over 4 months, and the soles have come apart on them. Apparently making a one piece sole is asking too much, so they had to make a sole with little nubs that they glue parts of the grip to. The adhesive they use is clearly garbage, because those grip pieces have detached from the sole itself. One is completely gone, and the other fell off while I was sitting at my desk, prompting this review. Got them on clearance for $115, and clearly there was a good reason for that. Don't waste your money...even at clearance prices, and watch the soles on all of this brand's boots, because this probably isn't the only model with this foolish way of manufacturing soles. I really like the comfort and fit of these boots, so I'm seriously disappointed that the soles are complete trash. If this is what classifies as a quality high end boot, worthy of a $250+ MSRP to Mark's and CTC, then I would strongly suggest avoiding any of their in-house brand boots until they learn how to do proper QC. I've had $70 generic Amazon work boots that held together better and for longer than this

No, I do not recommend this product.

Questions

1 - 1 of 1 Question

Q: Does anyone know if this boot good for winter ? Not the inside but the outside . Is it good on ice and cold weather? I tried a pair at the store it seems very comfortable but I am not sure if the rubber outsole gets hard in winter or not

  • A: Not terrible, but not great either. Would definitely recommend using slip-on spikes with them. They're okay without in normal snowy weather, but they won't stop you from slipping in icy conditions
