Despite the glow in the dark and rip stop features, this vest didnt last very long. Seams, stiching, hi vis features, closures all came apart between 3 and 6months of use. For the price i expected better.

Get a little hot in the summer trap heat moisture, using it for about four months now the velcro is stronger than this stitching pockets are coming apart. See if I can get it repaired maybe double stitching will give it another 6 months

Don’t waste your money

For the price point this vest just did not hold up. I am a commercial pipe fitter and was disappointed to see that the stitching started to let go in numerous places after only a few months in the field, as well the Velcro on the pockets lost their adhesiveness. Luckily I am handy with a needle and thread and was able to get a few more months out of it. Dakota makes lots of good construction items but I have say I am not a satisfied customer with this product.
