Extremely large sizing

This shirt is ENORMOUS. I figured being specific womens fit and a size XS it would actually fit me. I thought they sent me the wrong size but it is in fact an XS - looks like an XL mens. Its HUGE. Obviously will be returning. Why cant they make a proper womens XS. Its so annoying.
