I won't buy online from Mark's again!

I ordered the 2 Fedoras - 1 small and 1 large on Aug11. They came on Aug15 in a soft plastic envelope. Both were crumpled in a few places and they felt limp. I decided on the small as it fitted better. Seeing there're a few stitches that came loose I went to your Orion Gate store, 20km away, for an exchange as they're the closest one with that instock. To my surprise all the Fedoras there were firm and in good shape! And there's even a paper lining inside to keep each hat in shape. But for the ones I've got there're none! Who wouldn't have gone for an exchange? Disillusioned, I realised I've been sent the "rejects" from your warehouse somewhere as I didn't have the chance to go through the items before buying. I felt cheated upon. This was the first time I bought online from Mark's and it shall most probably be my last !

I ordered one online and when I came to pick it up at a location it was ruined. The hat looked like it was sat on. I drove 30 kms out of my way to pick it up.

Mark's stores don't care. Item thrown into a white plastic bag with zero care and zero protection. Hat arrived squashed and deformed. Very poor packing for safe arrival. This is a common occurrence. I previously ordered a Stanley Food container that arrived dented and damaged. Please do better.

The hat itself is nice, but there is a layer of material on the inside that prevents the hat from any air circulation, which in turn makes it very hot when worn in the summertime.
