Regret my purchase

I was expecting a higher quality, I added insoles immediately because they were very uncomfortable. I won't buy footwear online ever again.

Don’t buy this

I bought it this winter for my son and couldn’t even spend half of the winter as the sole entirely comes off. Mark’s is saying I bought it in Sep 2024 which is over four months and so I cannot get even a gift card let alone taking it back. I didn’t expect such poor quality of this brand and then also how come I can’t return it or get compensation for my loss. Once again I have to find money to buy another boot for my son as the winter is not over yet.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Reasonable option for the price

To be honest I expected these to be better. Getting them on my feet isn't easy and the pull tab at the back with which you would normally pull a boot on came off the first time I attempted to use it. I will likely avoid wearing these because they are that annoying to put on. Pulling out the laces to get it on means that the lace comes out as well. Not a bad boot, fit is great once you get them on.

Bad Quality Material

Boots were comfortable and warm for a couple months. After a couple months of normal wear they completely separated off the sole at the heel and stray material keeps getting into the boot, making them unwearable.

Bad manufacturing quality

The sole is coming off after just 9 months, and I’ve only worn these shoes a maximum of 30 days during that time. I went to the same Mark’s store where I bought them, hoping to exchange them for better shoes. However, the store manager informed me that they have a strict 100-day policy.
This could have been an inexpensive opportunity for Mark’s to demonstrate they care about their customers. The shoes only cost $59 (likely $20 to manufacture), and the pair I wanted to exchange them for was $200.
Instead of acknowledging their fault (poor manufacturing) and retaining a customer, they chose to lose one instead.
