Item Never Received

Item shipped through Purolator while I wasn't home, after which Purolator left a slip with an address on it telling me where to pick it up. Drove an hour to the address only to see it was an abandoned building. Went to a Marks location to ask where I should go, and in the time it took them to look up my order, the Purolator tracking page updated, letting me know my item was actually TWO hours away - a trip I can't make due to limited mobility. If someone reads this I would greatly appreciate some clarification as to what I should do about a refund. Purchase was made with a gift card.
