Not what I was expecting

The quality is nice but I was expecting a fully fleece robe. This one is exactly like a hoodie for materials. It's nice, but not what we were looking for. We ordered online so didn't feel or see it in person before ordering.

Item Never Received

Item shipped through Purolator while I wasn't home, after which Purolator left a slip with an address on it telling me where to pick it up. Drove an hour to the address only to see it was an abandoned building. Went to a Marks location to ask where I should go, and in the time it took them to look up my order, the Purolator tracking page updated, letting me know my item was actually TWO hours away - a trip I can't make due to limited mobility. If someone reads this I would greatly appreciate some clarification as to what I should do about a refund. Purchase was made with a gift card.
