Poor website ordering process meant no boots 4 me

Although the Mark's website said my order was currently in stock when I placed the order, it turned out the boots were not in stock. By the time the order was shipped to the store, I had already left for an 8 week work assignment out of the country. Because I now wasn't around to pick up my order, they cancelled my order and shipped the boots back to the warehouse.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Color isn't true in picture, real color much dark

The color in the picture is much more brown, while the actual color is close to black. Not sure if this is the trick but really hope the picture online can show the real color of the item. I wasted my trip to the store today.

- A: Thanks for reaching out. Though leather can be somewhat water resistant, these boots are not considered to be waterproof at all. You can increase the water resistance of this boot by adding an aftermarket spray. I've added a link to some that we currently provide.
