Nice shirt, good on-line, bad in-store

Very happy with the quality of the shirt. Using the online process to pickup instore was easy and communication was quick and accurate. Only issue I had was the in-store service. The clerk at the front of the store lack any effort to provide a positive shopping experience. They clearly did not want to be there and their attitude reflected this. Disappointing, but not surprising. The last time I purchased something in a Mark's retail store, the service was similar.

Nice shirt but collar ridiculously large

I'm a fan of the inventory at Mark's: it's practical and timeless, even the dress clothes. Mark's clothes do well in the washing machine and last a good long time. And the proportions are generally quite decent. However, for some reason this shirt has a very large collar! It's not that the lapels are wide; they're great. But the neck hole is several inches larger than my neck, so even with the top button undone it gapes open. I haven't had this problem with Mark's shirts in the past, but now I'm reluctant to order them online any more.
No, I do not recommend this product.
