customer service not helpful for online orders

boots shipped to different warehouse than what i intended to, called customer service and they weren’t able to help me …i wasn’t able to pick up from the location where they were located and was told that the refund will be processed within a few business days, order i placed oct 26 , today is nov 17 refund still not on my account
