My broken boots that I still don't have.

My boots came in with the box squished, and heel of the left boot falling off. So I had to return them, which I then still couldn't get the boot because costs more than it did when it was bought for me so now I don't have boots. Just a refund. I'm not impressed, I've never had issues before with marks until now.
