Too tight in the waist

I've always ordered size 4, but I realize now that all have had some sort of give in the waist. These pants have none. I can do them up, but that doesn't mean they are comfortable or flattering. The positives: The material is heavy and the length is perfect. Regardless of the fact the black is not even close to the colour in the picture, I like that they are more of a dark grey. The problem is the waist...everything else about them is fine. Bottom line, if you carry most of your weight in your stomach area, go up at least one size.
No, I do not recommend this product.
