Mia Mid Rise Denim Shorts

I was looking for a pair of size 10 Mia Mid rise denim shorts, which I couldn’t find on your website or in the store. Your site said these were comparable. They are not. They are too loose in the leg and too tight on the waist. I am so disappointed. I have your Denver Hayes Mia shorts in size 12 but they are too big for me now.
Any idea where I can get them ?
